Yesterday, one lawyer called & said: my brother coming from abroad & wanting to stay for one month & few days. Here I said I rent 450 JD X 3 months & one month insurance. He said 200 JD for the insurance! I said no. We to meet between tomorrow means today. This is to update with you.
Leaving at to do some cleaning to some kitchen casseroles, pans & what ever to make such items ready too. Some are so dirty. I will also vacuum & clean all the room during my stay. This Geries did not call since yesterday. He might not calculate it right & some circum stances effected his promise. He might call or might come. Yesterday I went to meet this lawyer but he did not call nor came! I did some cleaning & some final touch with oily pant. Black & brown to some wooden items. So far no calls. Tomorrow I will go there early in the morning. Bye.

So far no one honest to rent the flat! All were faking & cheating! For what? Satan has many faces. I wish all to let me to face my Satan & My God! All were doing what to me? Shame to remain. I did explain my point & still those I knew still hacking & whispering! For what? Nice entertainment!
Where are the good ones? All still wanting to zigzag! Would that pleases them! That is the question.
Straight going in life seems not correct with Arabs! Moroccans & Iraqi's! I did adjust the flat to the best of my ability. Still wanting good people to call to rent. But it seems, all wanting to gain something! The relation ships in
I wonder why people acting reacting hungry for everything! So much seekers in their ways to gain something! Rushing individuals even to make mistakes! That is rood.
I want to live my life!
I did good maintenance to the entire flat! Roof, walls & ceilings, furniture & fixing electrical items! Heater & fan as well! Plus adding from my own items to the flat. One heater been supplied. Purchased glasses & fixing a floor stand fan plus another heater!
Those who I rented were not good enough to rent assist in the flat! Most Arabs are careless & rejecting reduction from the insurance all the time. Most are saying it's consumption of items! They are dirty. I wonder when they rent their own flats or properties. Would they agree to what they say to me? Shit Arabs. Where are the good ones among them? God knows!
Arabs mostly creates problems. As usual. I had to accept due to most are a like. Prove me if I'm mistaken! History of the flat is there. One American lady rent it for one year & did not cause me any difficulty or loses!
Some spare parts I have to pay for! For fixing items. I did very well in maintaining the working period for such items. Because I'm studding such items for fixing.
Reasonability is there within my brain for each item.
So careful with the expenditure & expenses of such spare parts. But I did well.
I also wrote an inventory of what ever in the flat to take the signature of those who wishes to rent the flat as how I did with those Iraqi's. those who has many nonsense excuses. Did any one stood beside me about the insurance! Only bla ba bla. Most people don’t like to be involved.
Any how I hope from God to assist me in finding good people to rent the flat. Went to the flat & did some checking on almost everything. Did some final touches with the brown paint & cleaned kitchen utensils. Flat final pictures below. Bye for now & shifting to Update 4.
